- 去衣花生 1斤
- 鹽 1.5茶匙
做法
- 用氣炸鍋以180°C 烘烤花生20分鐘至金黃色,放涼。
- 花生放攪拌機內打至略變液態,加鹽調味。再次開動攪拌機繼續攪拌,直至打成幼滑花生醬。
- 可放置於已消毒的玻璃瓶內貯存於雪櫃內,可存放至3個月。
