材料
- 黑芝麻 120克
- 白芝麻 30克
- 白米 40克(清洗後於水中浸泡最少四小時,瀝乾備用)
- 冰糖 120克
- 水 1000毫升
做法
- 黑、白芝麻於白鑊以小火炒香,當芝麻開始跳動及白芝麻呈金黃色即熄火,盛起芝麻放涼。
- 將芝麻、白米及水放進攪拌機攪拌,直至把材料打至糊狀。可過篩,看看芝麻糊已打至完全光滑。如攪拌機馬力足夠,應應該不用過篩。
- 湯鍋中加入冰糖及芝麻糊漿,以中火加熱至適合的濃稠度及冰糖全溶即成。
