- 五花腩 (四四方方的)1大件
- 粗鹽 5湯匙
做法
- 五花腩洗淨,抹乾。
- 五花腩表面𠝹格仔紋,不要𠝹太深,只𠝹表皮就可以了。
- 五花腩表皮灑上粗鹽。不用包保鮮紙,打開放雪櫃雪24小時。
- 翌日預熱焗爐180°C Fan 或 200°C。
- 從雪櫃取出五花腩。刮走所有粗鹽。
- 放焗爐焗約1小時。
- 待略放涼後切件即成。
