材料
- 新鮮蝦 10隻
- 冰水 適量(非必要)
- 粉絲 兩包
- 蒜頭 1個 (剁蓉)
- 紅辣椒 1條 (切粒)
- 蔥花 適量
- 熟油 適量
- 甜豉油 適量
做法
- 粉絲於水中浸軟約15分鐘。
- 新鮮蝦洗淨剪去蝦槍、蝦腳,再用廚房剪開背及去腸。如果鮮蝦過分生猛,可先將新鮮蝦放冰水浸泡一會。
- 粉絲瀝乾水份,並用廚房剪略剪。將粉絲鋪在碟上墊底。
- 新鮮蝦釀入蒜蓉,整齊排列在粉絲上。然後再灑上紅辣椒碎。
- 水大滾,大火蒸蝦5分鐘。
- 取出蒸蝦之後,灑上蔥花,淋上熟油。再加上甜豉油即可食用。
