材料
- 蟶子 8隻
- 泰國粉絲 1束
- 蒜頭 1個(剁蓉)
- 炸蒜 兩至三湯匙
- 紅辣椒 1隻 (切碎)
- 蔥 一棵 (蔥白及蔥綠分開)
- 蒸魚豉油或甜豉油 適量
做法
- 洗淨蟶子後去殼,瀝乾備用。
- 將粉絲浸在熱水中約30秒至軟身,略剪。
- 將粉絲平均鋪在蟶子上,再放上蒜蓉、炸蒜、紅辣椒碎及蔥白。
- 用高火蒸4分鐘。
- 用煎鍋燒熱少許油,淋在蟶子上,然後灑上蔥花即成。
