材料
- 急凍蝦仁 150克
- 蛋 5隻
- 蔥 3棵 (切碎,蔥白、蔥綠分開)
- 鹽 約1茶匙
醃急凍蝦仁調味料 (各約一茶匙)
- 鹽
- 胡椒粉
- 生粉
步驟
- 急凍蝦仁浸水,加入鹽、胡椒粉和生粉略洗。靜置15分鐘後,撈起過水洗淨。
- 將蝦仁放入滾水中煮熟,撈起並瀝乾水分,備用。
- 打蛋至均勻,加入鹽拌勻。
- 再加入蔥白及蝦仁於蛋漿中,拌勻。
- 熱鑊落油,加入步驟4的蛋漿。把蛋漿於鑊中輕手推幾下直至蛋漿半凝固,上碟。
- 上碟後加上蔥花,即可享用。
